Michael Brock

Chief Executive Officer

Michael Brock is pushing the envelope on real estate technology and innovation, systems, and relationships to bring Lantern clients and agents an unparalleled experience. With a varied and extensive real estate background, including sales and marketing, construction management, land development, and property management, Michael, a licensed broker in Georgia, has been a leader in the real estate community for more than a decade. During his career, he has managed the acquisitions for twelve institutional buyers and dispositions for over twenty banks. He’s consistently been named one of the highest sales volume producers in Georgia and has been recognized as a top producer in Atlanta Magazine, Real Producers, Five Star Professional, and The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Michael played baseball for Furman University and holds a BBA from The University of Georgia. He’s passionate about his volunteering efforts with CURE International and Young Life, is a member of the Gridiron Club, and has summited Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania.

Eric Halverson

Chief Financial Officer

Eric Halverson is a real estate industry veteran with over 16 years of experience creating value for buyers, sellers, and investors. Throughout his career, Eric has become an expert in almost every area of residential real estate, including, land, development, multifamily, and working with institutional investors. Over the years he has built a personal portfolio of investment properties, flipped approximately 600 houses, and mentored others in the business to bolster their success and financial freedom. Eric has successfully built “off-market” sourcing systems creating an almost endless supply of homes and investors which has enabled him to broker more than 1,200 residential transactions since 2009. Along with the residential deals Eric has been able to source, he has also participated in the purchase and sale of multiple apartment complexes and built several houses from the ground up.

Eric graduated from The University of Georgia and embodies an entrepreneurial spirit; consistently focused on developing and implementing the growth strategies for Lantern. He is dedicated to creating value, providing the highest quality of service, and meeting the demands of an ever-changing real estate market.

Miles Murphy

Chief Operating Officer

Miles Murphy has devoted his life to building and leading successful organizations across multiple industries. For nearly a decade, Miles has been dedicated to creating a dynamic and positive work culture within the organizations he’s led, effectively helping his teams accomplish their professional and personal goals.
Miles has experienced the ups and downs of real estate, taking responsibility for the production of his team members regardless of outside market factors. Through the ever-evolving real estate market Miles has created value by being willing and able to pivot focus to take advantage of circumstances outside their control, i.e. rising real estate values caused by an increase in institutional hedge funds and iBuyers and foreclosures, auctions, and distressed sales. During his tenure at one of the largest independent brokerages in the southeast, the team Miles led was able to close $3 Billion in real estate transactions.
Miles is focused on the growth of Lantern Real Estate Group and is utilizing his strategies and processes for effectively training and providing on-going coaching for the agents of Lantern, to allow them to build a sustainable business that readily provides attention to every client demand and creates the lifestyle their family wants.
Miles is a graduate of Auburn University and is married with twin 3-year-old daughters.

David Landsmen

David is an International Diamond Society Award Winning Real Estate Agent.  As a multi-million dollar Top Producer, I have won several awards with multiple brokerages.  He work and serve throughout the entire Metro Atlanta area, Alpharetta, East Cobb, MariettaRoswell and Woodstock, GA area.
