Eric has successfully built “off-market” sourcing systems creating an almost endless supply of homes and investors which has enabled him to broker more than 1,200 residential transactions since 2009. Along with the residential deals Eric has been able to source, he has also participated in the purchase and sale of multiple apartment complexes and built several houses from the ground up.
